Senior Pastor & Visionary

Pastor Angie Collins is originally from Salem, MA, and has been a Delaware resident since 1994. She received her primary and secondary education in the Massachusetts Catholic school systems. In 1994, she received a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Premedical & Religious Studies from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.  She has 2 beautiful children, Steve Jr. and Jessina, and one beloved granddaughter, Jai’Liana.

Growing up in the Catholic School System, Pastor Angie accepted the Lord as her personal savior at the age of 11 and began her journey of service to the Lord. At 13, Pastor received the gift of the Holy Spirit at Mt. Olive COGIC in Lynn, MA and then later maintained joint membership between Mt. Olive COGIC and Zion Baptist Church, both of Lynn, MA. After relocating to Delaware in 1994, Pastor Angie preached her initial sermon on May 16, 1996, and was licensed to preach the unadulterated Word of God that same year in August under the tutelage of Pastor Lafayette Cabell of God’s Temple Ministries in Newark, DE.

During her ministerial journey, she served in various capacities under different leaders, including but not limited to the Late S.C. Payne of Gospel Church of God. She has been a Women’s Ministry Leader & Outreach Coordinator, Church Sr. Administrator, Choir Director, and Education Coordinator all the while maintaining her role as an active Evangelist.

In February 2009, God gave Pastor Angie a vision to birth an outreach ministry for ‘at risk’ young adults and a prison re-entry program for recently released inmates. W.I.L.D. (Walking in Liberty & Deliverance) & Inner Change Ministries was established in April 2009 and she serves as the Executive Director for both ministries, which are currently awaiting reactivation.  

In May 2012, Pastor Angie was ordained and installed over a separate branch of Zion; Breaker Ministries International, Inc. where she served as the Pastor, Founder & Visionary. The ministry doors were closed in 2014 due to unforeseeable circumstances, yet she continued to do the work of the Lord. Outreach, prison ministry & hospital visits became the new norm and a new passion for Pastor Angie as well as taking the occasional preaching engagements. Because she has a heart to see people free from the bondages of life, she has received years of specific and intense training in the ministry area of Deliverance from numerous Deliverance Specialists & Experts, including but not limited to Pastor Beverly Tucker (Life Church AG & XTreme Believers Inc.), Apostle John Eckhardt (Crusaders Church), and Apostle Matthew Stevenson (All Nations Worship Assembly), and believes in deliverance “the Jesus way”. Additionally, Pastor Angie served as Pastoral Council to several women at Delores Baylor Women’s Correctional Institute in New Castle, DE. for 5 years. She is actively recruiting mentors for W.I.L.D. Ministries so that it can be reactivated and she aspires, with her leadership team to again begin servicing several local nursing homes with full services; sharing the word & worship encounter with residents and staff alike.
